About the Role
Seco Support Limited is looking for experienced Support Workers to join Theo’s support team in Swindon. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting a young man to live independently while enjoying an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
Shift Pattern:
- 07:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Day Shifts)

- Support Theo with daily living activities

- Assist with personal care

- Work closely with family and colleagues to provide person-centred support

- Have experience as a Support Worker (preferred)
- Be caring, patient, and resilient
- Have excellent communication skills

- Have a good sense of humour
- Be reliable and professional
- Be flexible and creative in supporting individual needs
Preferred:
- Full UK Driving Licence
